 The community of Inglewood is grieving the devastating loss of Dr. Ashley Redix, a cherished daughter, friend, and mentor who sadly lost her life in a car accident. Her abrupt and premature departure has created an immense emptiness in the hearts of all who loved and knew her.



Affectionately referred to as "LadyAsh" or "Deucey Boo," Ashley was a vibrant presence whose spirit impacted innumerable lives. She was respected not just for her career success and academic accomplishments but also for her empathy, modesty, and authentic affection for others. As a dedicated member of Kappa Chapter, Ashley exemplified the values of sisterhood, service, and resilience throughout her entire life.

Loved ones and friends describe her as an individual who could brighten any space with her energy—warm, self-assured, and always encouraging those surrounding her. Her cheerful laughter was infectious, her counsel sincere, and her friendship steadfast. The imprint Ashley leaves behind will always represent inspiration, kindness, and profound commitment to her community as well as to those she held dear.
