The community of Douglas County is mourning the tragic loss of Jordeyn Navar Lewis, a former exceptional baseball player and a beloved individual among his friends and family, who was found dead after being reported missing. His family and friends had wished for his safe return, but unfortunately, the search concluded in heartbreak, leaving those who were close to him in anguish.
Jordeyn Lewis, a Missing Baseball Player in Douglas County, Georgia, Discovered Deceased. Lewis, who graduated from Allatoona High School in 2016, was commemorated as a skilled athlete and a positive role model both during and outside of games. His teammates from Allatoona Baseball characterized him as encouraging, diligent, and profoundly loyal to those around him.
Coaches and friends noted that he possessed an infectious spirit, which made him a cherished member of the “Go Bucs” baseball community.
Wanda and Millian Lewis, his parents, conveyed the sorrowful announcement via social media, explaining that Jordeyn left a touching note in which he expressed his love for his family and his peace in faith. A multitude of friends, teammates, and even strangers have come forward to extend their prayers, condolences, and appreciation for his life.
Although the details surrounding his death are incredibly painful, Jordeyn Lewis will be honored for his compassion, his brightness, and the enduring impact he had on all who met him.
