Aaliyah Jones Death Notice, Demise; Officials Identify Motorist Who Died in Hanover Twp. Accident

 Aaliyah Jones Obituary, Death; The individual who lost her life in a head-on collision in Hanover Township the previous week has been recognized as a 32-year-old woman from Nanticoke.

According to Luzerne County Coroner Dion Fernandes, Aaliyah Jones lost her life in the incident that occurred on Friday morning near 1757 Sans Souci Parkway.

An autopsy performed on Monday morning revealed that Jones passed away from multiple traumatic injuries resulting from a car accident, he stated.

The incident, which reportedly resulted in several additional injuries, led to police authorities closing Sans Souci Parkway from Hanover Area Junior Senior High School to the vicinity of Nimrod Haven Hunting & Fishing.

The investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing by Hanover Township police.
