When law enforcement arrived in response to a noise complaint at an apartment complex located at the junction of West Bacon and Hickory streets, they heard gunshots and discovered Edguin unresponsive beside a parked vehicle. Despite the urgent attempts made by first responders, he was declared dead at the location.
