MILTON, N.Y. — We are deeply saddened as we grieve the untimely death of 58-year-old Fredrick Baber from Port Charlotte, Florida, who tragically lost his life in a horrific plane crash on Friday morning in Milton, New York.




The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office reported that the small plane, which Fredrick was piloting, crashed shortly before 10:30 a.m. on Wyndham Way after it allegedly hit a tree and fell into the driveway of a nearby residence. Although emergency services responded promptly, he was declared dead at the scene. His passenger, 39-year-old Alexander Hoff from Hollis, New Hampshire, sustained critical injuries and is currently receiving treatment at Albany Medical Center.
