Originally from Longwood, Florida, Joe attended Berkmar High School and later rose to be CEO of HAWK Enterprises Group, LLC. He was a driven and motivational person whose charity and concern for those around him matched his commitment to his job. Friends and family remember him as someone whose presence could raise morale and whose friendship was real and constant.
