 The Lehi, Utah, community is grieving the tragic death of Jeff Tait, a cherished spouse, father, and friend who died on March 23. A dedicated family man, Jeff Tait's life revolved around his wife, Lacey, and their four children—ages 8 to 16. He was really proud of his active role in his children's lives and constantly providing direction, encouragement, and unwavering support as well as of being a loving father. Jeff was a companion in every meaning of the word—caring, dependable, and very dedicated to their life together—to his wife. Their relationship depended on love, trust, and common values; his absence is sorely missed.

Neighbors and friends recall Jeff as someone who introduced optimism and kindness into every room he entered. Whether it was a helping hand, words of encouragement, or just presence at someone in need, he was the kind of guy who showed up for others. His kindness of heart and sincere concern for people around him earned him respect in his church, sports, and neighborhood groups.
