 The Irvine and Estill County, Kentucky, communities are remembering Anthony Wayne Wiseman, who passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at the age of 55. A lifelong resident of Estill County, Anthony earned the respect of countless people through his dedication to his family, his successful plumbing business, and his longtime involvement in Kentucky's dirt track racing community. His passing has brought heartfelt condolences from friends, neighbors, customers, and racing enthusiasts who are reflecting on the lasting impact he made throughout his life.

Born on May 3, 1971, in Estill County, Anthony was the son of the late Russell Wiseman and Patricia Ann Dunaway Wiseman. He built his life on the values of hard work, honesty, and commitment to others. As the owner of Wiseman Plumbing, he became known for dependable service and a reputation that extended across the region. Customers appreciated not only his professional skills but also his integrity, fairness, and willingness to help whenever someone was in need.

Outside of his profession, Anthony found great joy in the world of dirt track racing. For many years, he served as a respected announcer, becoming one of the familiar voices that race fans associated with exciting nights at the track. His enthusiasm, knowledge of the sport, and ability to connect with both competitors and spectators helped create an unforgettable atmosphere. Drivers, pit crews, and loyal fans looked forward to hearing his voice, making him an important part of Kentucky's local racing tradition.

He is survived by his daughters, Vanessa Brooke Ross and Natalie (Kody) Rayne Morris, both of Corbin, along with his cherished grandchildren, Tytus Braven Ross and Andrew James Morris. He is also survived by his companion, Lisa Harrison; his sister, Peggy (Kevin) Turpin; his brothers, Tim (Sheila) Wiseman and Jeff (Angie) Wiseman; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and many lifelong friends. Their memories of Anthony will remain a lasting source of comfort in the years ahead.

Those who knew Anthony consistently describe him as someone who approached life with generosity, kindness, and unwavering determination. Whether he was assisting a customer, encouraging friends at the racetrack, or spending time with family, he demonstrated genuine care for the people around him. Family and friends will have the opportunity to celebrate Anthony's life during visitation on Sunday, August 2, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Warren F. Toler Funeral Home in Irvine. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 p.m., followed by burial at White Oak Cemetery. These gatherings will provide loved ones with an opportunity to honor his memory, share cherished stories, and recognize the many ways he enriched the lives of those around him through his work, friendships, and devotion to family.
