A 2021 graduate of Erath High School, Gage is being remembered by family members, former classmates, teachers, and friends as a young man whose curiosity and enthusiasm made him stand out. Although his life ended far too soon, the memories shared by those who knew him reveal a person who found genuine excitement in learning, discovering new things, and pursuing the interests that brought him happiness.

Gage had what those around him described as an eager and naturally curious mind. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Donlon and Dorothy Ritchey, and his maternal grandfather, Stafford Leblanc.
