Michael Joseph Siciliano, affectionately known as Mike, is being remembered throughout Billerica, Massachusetts, as a devoted husband, loving father, dedicated tradesman, and friend whose personality made an enduring impression. At 42, Mike leaves behind a family who treasured him deeply and a circle of friends and coworkers who knew him as dependable, generous, humble, and ready to help. His passing has created an absence that will be felt in countless everyday moments.
Family was at the center of Mike’s life. He was the beloved son of Donna (Davis) Siciliano of Billerica and the late Kenneth Siciliano, the husband of Annie (Regan) Siciliano, and the proud father of Maggie and Anthony Siciliano. His children represented his greatest source of happiness, and he devoted himself to giving them encouragement, guidance, affection, and the sense of security that comes from knowing they were deeply loved. The memories they created together will remain among the most meaningful parts of his legacy.
Mike’s family extended beyond his immediate household. He was a loving brother to Tracy Marullo and brother-in-law to Greg Marullo, while his nieces and nephews, including Olivia Marullo, River Regan, James Regan, Josephine Regan, and Delaney Regan, held special places in his heart. The relationships he built with relatives were strengthened through ordinary moments, humor, shared experiences, and the kind of dependable presence that families come to value over a lifetime.
His professional life reflected the same qualities that defined him personally. Mike spent his career with Barrell Plumbing & Heating, working alongside Joe Barrell from the early days of their professional relationship. He approached the trade with determination and humility, asking questions, learning from others, and taking pride in improving his skills. What began as a working relationship eventually developed into a genuine friendship grounded in mutual respect. Those who worked with him saw someone willing to learn while remaining committed to doing his best.
Away from the job, Mike knew how to enjoy the things that brought him happiness. He loved spending time with his family, playing video games, riding his motorcycle, and taking pride in his beloved monster truck. Its distinctive sound became part of the memories people associated with him, often announcing his arrival before anyone saw him. Those details may seem small, but they capture something important about Mike: he had a personality that filled spaces, created laughter, and gave people moments they would remember.
The stories being shared about Mike reveal a man whose influence was built through consistency rather than grand gestures. He helped when someone needed assistance, remained approachable when others needed guidance, and brought humor into ordinary days. His humility allowed him to acknowledge when he needed help, while his work ethic encouraged him to keep learning. These qualities earned respect professionally and affection personally, creating relationships that went well beyond simple acquaintance.
For Annie, Maggie, Anthony, Donna, Tracy, Greg, the extended Siciliano and Regan families, and Mike’s many friends and coworkers, the days ahead will bring difficult reminders of someone who should still be part of their lives. Yet his legacy remains visible in the people he loved, the trade he practiced, the friendships he developed, and the laughter he shared. Michael Joseph Siciliano will be remembered as a family man who worked hard, loved deeply, and brought an unmistakable energy wherever he went. His memory will continue through those fortunate enough to have known him.
