Brittney Watson Obituary News: 26-year-old Brittney Watson from Brighton, Alabama has passed away.

 BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — The Birmingham Police Department (BPD) has announced the apprehension of 26-year-old Brittney Watson from Brighton, Alabama, related to a deadly shooting that took place on Saturday evening, November 8, 2025, in the 3200 block of 32nd Street North.

As per the investigators, the deceased has been named as Anson Quandarius Henderson, who was shot fatally during the incident. Officers from the North Precinct of BPD swiftly responded to alerts about gunfire and found evidence that confirmed shots were fired into a building occupied by individuals.

Officials report that Watson tried to escape from the site of the incident but was captured by officers close to 32nd Avenue and 32nd Place North soon after the shooting occurred. She was detained without any further complications.

After conducting a preliminary inquiry, Watson was charged with Murder and for Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Dwelling.

 She is being held at the Jefferson County Jail with no option for bail.

Investigators are still looking into the events that led to the shooting, although the police have not provided details regarding any potential motives at this point.
