Hunter N. Goodbear Obituary News: 19-Year-Old Hunter N. Goodbear Dies in Sideshow Hit-and-Run

 RENO, Nev. — The local community is grieving the heart-wrenching death of 19-year-old Hunter N. Goodbear from Fallon, who passed away after being hit during a sideshow event on Sunday, November 2. He was declared deceased at Renown Regional Medical Center on Tuesday, as confirmed by the Washoe County Regional Medical Examiner’s Office.




The Medical Examiner’s Office has categorized the death as accidental, attributing it to complications arising from numerous blunt force injuries resulting from a collision with a sedan while he was on foot.

Reno Police, aided by the Tri-Net Task Force and MAIT Investigators, tracked down a suspect vehicle—a white Lexus IS300—in Fallon on the evening of November 5. Authorities have also pinpointed a person of interest thought to be connected to the incident. The investigation is still active.

The fatal incident transpired approximately at 1:30 a.m. at the crossroads of Riggins Court and Meadowood Lane. According to police, multiple vehicles were exhibiting dangerous driving behavior in front of a gathering during what is typically referred to as a “sideshow,” and the car involved subsequently drove away from the scene.
