In Remembrance of Those Who Lost Their Lives in the Highway 83 Incident — A Community Grieves an Incalculable Tragedy

 The Franktown community is experiencing profound sorrow following a tragic accident on Highway 83 Monday afternoon, resulting in the deaths of five individuals and leaving two others with severe injuries. First responders characterized the incident as incredibly heartbreaking, leading to the closure of the roadway in both directions for several hours as emergency personnel managed a scene that left even experienced officials feeling disturbed.

Among those who lost their lives was 35-year-old Alvin C., who is remembered by those close to him as a caring, dedicated, and hardworking individual. Alvin displayed a deep love for his family and commitment in every aspect of his life. His presence brought strength, humor, and warmth to the lives of those who were fortunate enough to know him. The abrupt loss of Alvin has left his family and friends utterly devastated.
