FORT WORTH, Texas — Law enforcement has revealed that Totiana Samuels, a 22-year-old resident of Fort Worth, is the individual who tragically died after a head-on collision on Sunday evening on Interstate 30 in close proximity to downtown Fort Worth.
As per the findings of investigators, the crash took place when 45-year-old Gary Morton, who is recorded as being from Alberta, Canada, operated his vehicle in the wrong direction on I-30, resulting in a catastrophic head-on collision. The force of the crash was so intense that one individual was said to have been ejected from a vehicle.
