 Doyle Moore Lawrenceburg, TN Death and Obituary – Doyle Moore, who spent his entire life in Lawrence County, peacefully departed on December 2, 2025, at the Southern Tennessee Regional Health System located in Lawrenceburg. He was born on July 25, 1953, and his life exemplified diligence, commitment, and a profound affection for his family and community.



Doyle had a profound appreciation for the outdoors, experiencing happiness through hunting, fishing, and horseback riding. These activities were more than mere pastimes; they symbolized his down-to-earth character and deep bond with the beloved land. In addition to his personal interests, Doyle dedicated three decades to the Lawrenceburg Power System, working as a lineman, where his dedication, expertise, and dependability earned him great respect. His work ethic and integrity were recognized and admired by both colleagues and those in the neighborhood, marking the essence of a life well spent.

Family was the cornerstone of Doyle’s life. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Doyce and Mildred Earlene Dowdy Moore; his son, Dawson Moore; and his sibling, Jerry Wayne Moore. He is survived by his devoted wife of 55 years, Linda Moore of Ethridge, TN, who journeyed with him through both joyful and challenging moments. Their children, Beverly Sisk (Jason) from New Prospect, TN, and Tracy Robbins (Michael) from West Point, TN, will carry on his legacy of love, resilience, and familial principles.

Doyle took great pride in his grandchildren, Kody Sisk (Rachel) of Lawrenceburg, TN, and Madison Clark (Parker) of Huntsville, AL, as well as his great-grandchild, Pace Sisk. Through these beloved family members, his teachings and memories will endure for future generations.

Doyle’s siblings, Charlie Moore of Loretto, TN; Tharon Moore of Texas; Scotty Moore of Five Points, TN; and Samantha Childress of Rogersville, AL, also pay tribute to his legacy. Their bonds exemplify the supportive and close family environment Doyle cultivated throughout his existence, showcasing his lasting impact and the affection he shared with those around him.

Friends and community members are welcomed to honor the life of Doyle Moore. The family will be receiving visitors at Neal Funeral Home, located at 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, TN, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, December 6, 2025. The funeral service will take place at 1:00 PM, conducted by Steve Inman, followed by burial at Dunn Cemetery in Leoma, TN.

Doyle Moore's life was marked by strength, commitment, and an unwavering love for his loved ones. While he will be profoundly missed, the legacy he leaves behind will endure in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him, serving as a tribute to a life enriched with purpose, generosity, and dedication.
