As per the investigation, Riley Mulvihill was operating a red Mazda Miata at the time of the accident. While attempting to execute a left turn onto State Route 92, his vehicle collided with an approaching Toyota Sienna. The severity of the collision caused significant destruction to the Miata, resulting in fatal injuries for Mulvihill. He was declared deceased at the location.
