CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. — The community of Clarksville is expressing grief over the unfortunate passing of Robert Agee, who was shot and killed on Monday night, as reported by the Clarksville Police Department. He was 39 years of age.
Authorities verified that Agee was named as the victim after a thorough investigation conducted overnight. Homicide detectives, along with other CPD personnel, spent the night gathering evidence and unraveling the details related to the fatal shooting.
"This investigation is still active and in progress," stated the CPD in a formal notice. "Given the intricacies of this case and to maintain the integrity of the investigation, no further information can be disclosed at this moment."
