It is with deep sorrow that we share the news of the death of Stephen "Steve" Frank, a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, who passed away on Saturday, November 29th, 2025, at the age of 64. The unexpected loss of Steve has left his family and community in grief, mourning a person known for his kindness, consistent presence, and the profound love he had for those who were dear to him.
Steve is survived by his loving wife, Jayne Frank (née Sullivan), who journeyed alongside him through all of life’s phases, experiencing joys, trials, and the simple yet significant moments that characterized their lasting union. He also leaves his cherished daughter, Florence "Florie" Frank, who was the brightest joy in his life and the one he took the most pride in. Steve was a caring brother to Larry Frank (Lori) and Andy Frank (Mark Benson), sharing enduring bonds of love and fidelity with them.
Additionally, he is mourned by a large group of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family, many of whom he regarded not only as kin but also as beloved friends. The memories, laughter, and traditions they shared now serve as sweet reminders of the warmth and connection he provided in their lives. Steve was preceded in death by his dear parents, Paula and Stanley Frank, whose love and principles influenced the man he grew to be.
Funeral services are scheduled to take place at Sol Levinson’s Chapel, located at 8900 Reisterstown Road, on Thursday, December 4th, 2025, at 12:00 pm, followed by burial at Baltimore Hebrew Berrymans Lane Cemetery. The family kindly requests that flowers not be sent; instead, contributions in memory of Steve may be directed to a charity of your choice, honoring his spirit of generosity in a manner that continues to support others.
The family will welcome visitors and observe mourning at the residence of Lori and Larry Frank, found at 8206 Anita Road, Pikesville, Maryland, right after the burial until 5:30 pm, with an evening service planned for 7:30 pm. Friends and family are also invited on Friday from 1 pm to 4 pm.
Steve Frank will be fondly remembered for his kind nature, his steadfast love for his family, and the quiet strength that characterized his life. May his memory be a source of blessing, now and forever.
