b Jasmyn “Alex” Ahrens Death Obituary – Pasadena, Maryland, Cherished Spouse, Child, and Companion Has Passed Away

It is with profound sadness that we share the news of the death of Jasmyn Alexandra “Alex” Ahrens, who found eternal peace on Friday, January 2, 2026, in Pasadena, Maryland. Born on August 1, 1991, at Malcolm Grow Medical Center located on Joint Base Andrews in Maryland, Alex’s existence was characterized by love, joy, and an unforgettable essence that impacted all those she encountered.

Alex radiated positivity—she was delightful, humorous, and consistently warm-hearted. After graduating from Chesapeake High School in 2009, she pursued further studies at Anne Arundel Community College. Her enthusiasm for hospitality directed her towards the restaurant field, where her vibrant smile and cheerful demeanor left a lasting mark on both colleagues and customers. Regardless of where life took her, Alex consistently returned to her grandmother’s cherished eatery, Cookie’s Kitchen, a venue brimming with family ties, memories, and affection.

She adored sunny afternoons, time at the beach, and cherished moments by her “mom mom’s” swimming pool. Alex possessed a remarkable ability to uplift others and maintain a lighthearted atmosphere, even during tough times. Her passion for animals was evident in the care she showed towards her dog, Porky, and her cat, Priscilla.

Alex is survived by her devoted husband, Gregory Florentino; her parents, Yolanda Ahrens and Trent Winge; her siblings, grandparents, extended relatives, and close friends who will always treasure her memory.

While her absence creates an immense emptiness, the joy, laughter, and light she brought will always remain. Soar high, Alex—you will be forever cherished and missed.
