 Dion Travis Abraham, a 39-year-old inhabitant of Abington, Pennsylvania, sadly lost his life following a deadly shooting in the Tioga area of Philadelphia on the evening of December 29. According to officials, police in Philadelphia reacted to notifications of gunfire around 7:55 p.m. on the 3600 block of North 17th Street.
