With hearts shattered beyond repair, the community grieves the heartbreaking departure of Olivia Rae Ciullo, a mere 6 years old, from Olyphant, PA, who departed from this life too early on November 6, 2025. Born on November 1, 2019, Olivia was the treasured daughter of Eric and Samantha (Damski) Ciullo and the beloved younger sister of Dahlia and Sylar, who cherished her deeply.
Olivia radiated brightness—beautiful, bold, feisty, a bit wild, and filled with joy in every wonderful way. She possessed a vibrancy that could enliven any space and a spirit that made everything feel larger, louder, and sweeter. To her siblings, she was the fearless spark; to her parents, the purest expression of affection; and to her grandparents, she was a whirlwind of amazement that they held dear beyond description.
She enjoyed spending time with her Grandpa Nolan and Grandma Lisa, and her Nannalicious and Grandpa FunGuy will endlessly yearn for the delightful whirlwind she introduced into their lives. Olivia’s existence served as a lesson for everyone: approach everything with excitement, embrace awe, and lead a life filled with unfiltered happiness.
Her siblings expressed it best: “Olivia experienced more in her 6 years than most adults do throughout their lives. Even though her physical frame was small, she had the determination of a grown man standing 6 feet tall, always outdoing her cousins and claiming the finest toys.”
Her Daddy fondly shared her favorite items—Jimmy Dean sausage from the large roll, anything chocolate, and most importantly, her Mommy, whom she deemed her absolute favorite person.
In her passing, Olivia continued to let her light shine by giving the invaluable gift of life through organ donation, bringing hope, healing, and miracles to other families. Her legacy of kindness, courage, and happiness will persist in ways that words cannot adequately express.
Olivia is survived by her loving parents, Eric and Samantha Ciullo; her siblings, Dahlia and Sylar; her grandparents Nolan and Lisa Ayres from Olyphant, PA, and Anne and Dave Bukovich from Beaufort, SC; her great-grandmother Mary Alice Ayres; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends who cared for her deeply.
A tribute to Olivia’s lovely life will take place at a future date.
Arrangements are being managed by Carmine J. & Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Carbondale, PA.
May the sweet Olivia Rae rest in everlasting light, her spark eternally held in the hearts of all who cherished her.
