The Omaha Police Department (OPD) reported that 18-year-olds Rayquan Bass and Yourhansay Gonzales-Washington were arrested on Wednesday in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Both individuals were booked into the Pottawattamie County Jail prior to being handed over to Omaha officials.



Bass is charged with second-degree murder, employing a firearm during the commission of a felony, and possessing a firearm that has been altered. Gonzales-Washington is charged with having an altered firearm, tampering with evidence, and being an accessory to a felony.
